Coordinate data

Coordinates you enter into the converter are processed entirely in your browser via the proj4js JavaScript library. They are never transmitted to our servers, logged, stored, sold or shared with any third party.

Browser storage

EPSG Transform stores three small items in your browser's localStorage to improve your experience: your most-recently used CRSs (so you don't have to re-search them), your theme preference (light, dark or system) and whether you have closed the cookie notice. These never leave your device.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views and which pages are popular. It sets cookies, and Google processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the site works the same without it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep short-term server logs of HTTP requests (URL, IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to track or profile individual users.
