Coordinate transformations to NGF-IGN78 height

The EPSG Geodetic Parameter Dataset defines official transformations from 4 coordinate reference systems to NGF-IGN78 height (EPSG:5721). Each page lists the published parameters, accuracy and area of use, with a free in-browser converter.
