Coordinate transformations to SVS2010 height

The EPSG Geodetic Parameter Dataset defines official transformations from 2 coordinate reference systems to SVS2010 height (EPSG:8690). Each page lists the published parameters, accuracy and area of use, with a free in-browser converter.
