Coordinate Reference Systems used in Poland
Poland uses ETRF2000-PL with the projected CRS PL-1992 (EPSG:2180) — a single Transverse Mercator zone covering the whole country — as the legal national CRS. Four PL-2000 zones (EPSG:2176-2179) provide lower-distortion coverage in 3° belts for cadastral work. The Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK) is the authoritative source.
