Coordinate Reference Systems used in Sweden
Sweden's national projection is SWEREF99 TM (EPSG:3006), a Transverse Mercator projection covering the whole country. Twelve regional SWEREF99 dd mm zones (EPSG:3007-3018) provide lower distortion for local cadastral work. Lantmäteriet, the Swedish national land survey, has used SWEREF99 / ETRS89 as the official datum since 2007.
