In conjunction with the TPEN11-TM map projection (code 9366) applied to TPEN11-IRF (code 9364), emulates the TPEN11 Snake and TPEN11ext Snake projections. Applied to ETRS89 (as realized through the OSNet v2009 CORS) defines TPEN11-IRF hence is errorless.
