Grid transformation based on Kriging between ISN2004 and ISN2016. Accuracy is better than 5 cm in stable areas but can be around 25 cm in areas that have suffered deformation due to earthquake or volcanic eruption.

How accurate is converting ISN2004 to ISN2016?
The most accurate official EPSG transformation between these systems is accurate to about ±0.05 m within its stated area of use.
